I don't think I could have stuck to my diet without these bars. 30 lbs so far and still counting. The soy in it just makes me feel good. The fiber is awesome. No need to take fiber pills anymore. They do fill me up. Sometimes I only eat half of the bar and save the rest for later. To me it's the perfect Fast Food. I would have giving them 100 stars. I have been telling all my diet buddies.

These taste very good - considering that they are meal replacement bars. I eat them for breakfast and they fill me up until lunch - they are filling because they have 19 grams of protein

I'm not a fan of 'fad' diets, and some might argue that South Beach falls into that category, but these South Beach bars are nothing but healthy, tasty, and serve as a great meal replacement option. The chocolate crisp bars are probably the best flavor, and are surprisingly enjoyable for the amount of nutrition packed into them. They're not like the cardboard flavored dense nastiness of many meal bars. Accompanied by a nice piece of fruit, they'll replenish you after a strenuous workout.
Great tasting, solid nutrition, well worth it.

The only request I would ever have would be to get the product for a more economical price. Otherwise, I can't complain. The product was shipped in a fairly timely manner and was properly cushioned within the packaging that it was shipped in.
Best low-carb bar out there June 2, 2009
No Smoke
All I can say is that staying on a low-carb diet is much easier with these bars. They have an unbelieveable 19g of protein, only 210 calories, tons of fiber, and they are filling. I have never had any other "nutrition" bar and felt full afterwards until this one. I think they taste just fine, but of course, they don't taste like a Hershey bar either, so don't have unrealistic expectations of taste and you'll be happy. I have lost 15 pounds and been able to keep it off, and these bars give me a snack that makes it easy to control my carbs at work, at home, and on the go.
